We’re a small team! Orders typically ship within 7 days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the U.S., email us at community@cleowade.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at community@cleowade.com and we'll make it right.
